The Deltek Cobra Administrator course is an intensive 3-day program designed for project controls and earned value professionals who need to confidently administer and analyze projects using Deltek Cobra. Participants will gain hands-on experience setting up Cobra projects, integrating Primavera P6 schedules, managing cost and resource data, and completing the month-end processing cycle. The course focuses on practical earned value management (EVM), enabling students to analyze performance, generate EVM reports, implement change requests, and troubleshoot common issues to support accurate, compliant project reporting.
