Earned Value Management

PM tec has extensive practical and theoretical experience with earned value and has implemented earned value management systems and related training for multiple national laboratories and on numerous other government and commercial projects. The "real world" experience of PM tec's course developers and instructors is evident in the quality and currency of our earned value management presentations and training materials.

PM tec’s EVMS approaches are compliant with the EIA-748-C EVMS standard, as well as DOE 413.3, DOD/DCMA Earned Value Management Implementation Guide requirements, as well as other industry and agency earned value management standards.

PM tec's earned value management experience includes the development of EVMS System Descriptions, development and delivery of project management training (including EVM), and support throughout the EVMS certification process.  PM tec has provided EVMS certification support to clients located at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Nevada National Security Site (formerly Nevada Test Site), Brookhaven National Laboratory, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, FermiLab, Stanford Linear Accelerator Complex, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, and Lawrence Berkley Laboratory.
