Advanced Project Management in Oracle Primavera P6 (Windows)

This 2-day course provides in-depth project management training in Primavera’s client/server-based solution. Building off skills learned in the P6 Professional - Fundamentals course, the P6 Professional - Advanced course covers advanced subjects such as advanced resource loading and leveling, multi-project scheduling, scheduling options, earned value analysis, and P6 Visualizer. Hands-on workshops enable students to apply skills learned throughout the course.
