Resources & Costs in Oracle P6

This one-day course applies the lessons learned in the scheduling course and provides a fundamental understanding of resource and cost management functionality available in Primavera P6. Students will learn about the different types of resources available in P6 while defining, assigning, and analyzing resource allocation and utilization. Participants create a resource-loaded schedule that becomes the basis for resource-based and activity-based cost loading, analysis, and reporting workshops. Highlights include:
