As processes are being defined, PM tec’s requirements management specialists can assist organizations in documenting the processes and derive from the processes a set of functional requirements to be used in the configuration of the various management tools and design of the training program. As significant changes in business practices often need to be implemented in accordance with an organization’s change management policies or configuration management practices, our associates can work with an organization to develop a phased implementation roadmap to deliver new features and functionality in planned increments over a defined time period.
