This two-day course provides the foundation for PM tec’s P6 training courses. Students
will learn to navigate through the P6 software modules and features while establishing
the project structure, building and updating project schedules, setting baselines for
performance measurement, and formatting project data to produce reporting layouts
that communicate the status of projects clearly to all interested stakeholders. This course
is conducted in a workshop format that maximizes student interaction with software
functionality and provides opportunities to work through challenges common to new users
