This is a four-hour course intended to provide the participant with an overview of the best practices used in the identification and management of risk. The course provides an overall summary of the sources of risk, capture of risk for management purposes and how risk is an integral part of effective Project Management. Special focus on qualitative risk analysis and the use of risk registers.
