John Teel - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Teel has more than 24 years of experience in the fields of engineering, environmental compliance and restoration, nuclear safety analysis, compliance management, emergency management, and project management. He has managed and implemented programs related to environmental restoration, pollution prevention, environmental impact statements/environmental assessments, decontamination and decommissioning of nuclear facilities, and process safety management. Mr. Teel is experienced with managing and implementing full-service environmental and engineering programs for private and public sector clients. He has managed programs and projects ranging in value from $5,000 to $25,000,000 for federal and private sector clients. 

QUALIFICATION HIGHLIGHTS

• Private sector experience includes, but not limited to, serving as Program Manager for Oil Field Services Company providing full-service environmental support at more than 100 sites worldwide. 
• DOE-related Program Management experience includes, but not limited to serving as Program Manager for a $25M Health & Safety contract at Los Alamos National Laboratory and as Deputy Program Manager for an AECCM Contract, implementing Decontamination & Decommissioning (D&D) activities at Rocky Flats. 
• DoD-related experience includes, but not limited to supporting the Environmental Restoration Program at Kirtland Air Force Base and leading the upgrading of the oxidation ponds at Fort Bliss.
