PM tec, Inc. Training Facility Room RentalPM tec, Inc. offers facility rentals for training classes, business meetings and client presentations. Our spacious training room can be configured to accommodate various types of learning and meeting experiences.

The room is available with or without computers and is fully equipped with comfortable seating, digital projectors, white boards, wireless internet connectivity, and a variety of hardware configurations to suit your specific needs.

We have on-site staff to assist your students and business partners with whatever they need including – messaging, fax/copier and concierge services.

There is a small kitchen fully stocked with light snacks and beverages. Breakfast and lunch catering options are available.

Dr. Zucconi is a results oriented leader with over 35 years’ experience in project management, portfolio management, operations management, product and process development, and performance improvement methodology. He is an analytical problem solver, adept in strategic planning, organizational development and corporate-wide improvement initiatives. He is a creative, enthusiastic professional, strong in leadership qualities emphasizing a results-oriented, team environment. His skills include management systems performance improvement specifically through portfolio, program and project methodology and. He has served as a Stanford University instructor for the courses “Converting Strategy into Action” and “Advanced Risk Management”. Dr. Zucconi has a Ph.D. in chemistry and is a Stanford Certified Project Manager.

Representative Accomplishments

  • President of Implementation Edge, Dr. Zucconi assisted several organizations including Los Alamos National Laboratory in execution of their strategy through Portfolio, Project and Program Management. Custom solutions were designed based on the gap between the current situation and the desired goals. An entire change plan was designed including; senior management workshops, portfolio management, priority setting methodology and business process design. 
  • Director Motorola University, Dr. Zucconi reorganized Motorola University West to reflect the needs of the internal customers. One major initiative was a world-wide rollout of Project Management training and certification. This highly successful program resulted in over 5000 people trained in PM and over 1000 Master’s Certificates awarded through George Washington University. ASTM honored MU with the Excellence in Practice Award for Career Development in PM. The organization became profitable for the first time in its history. Dr. Zucconi started a consulting group to help Senior Management successfully implement Project Management and Portfolio Methodology
  • Director of Technical Operations, Motorola Computer Group, Dr. Zucconi restructured a division through 6 sigma, TQM, Project Management and process management teams. The management teams updated factory processes, retrained staff and instituted data collection and reporting systems. All operational metrics were significantly improved in less than one year, e.g., on time delivery, gross margin, productivity, overdue orders.
