The room is available with or without computers and is fully equipped with comfortable seating, digital projectors, white boards, wireless internet connectivity, and a variety of hardware configurations to suit your specific needs.

We have on-site staff to assist your students and business partners with whatever they need including – messaging, fax/copier and concierge services.

There is a small kitchen fully stocked with light snacks and beverages. Breakfast and lunch catering options are available.

4-hour course providing exposure to EVMS for those who need to understand the basics of EVMS, and the key value points of earned value management. This overview reviews the origins of earned value and current industry standards. Students will learn the key principles of EVMS and an understanding of the relationship of EVMS to the baseline. The course will review calculating cost & schedule variances and using EVMS to forecast/predict and analyze and measure project performance control changes to the baseline.
